James established a robust and efficient supply chain, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

    Building on his success, James ventured into the sustainable seafood industry in 2018, co-founding Neptune Snacks, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company based in the USA. With a strong commitment to sustainability, Neptune Snacks has made a significant impact, gaining distribution in over 900 stores nationwide.

    Sylvia holds a double bachelor's degree in International Relations and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Los Angeles. She then went on to earn her LLM degree in Business Law from Fudan University. Equipped with a solid academic background, she ventured into management consulting, gaining valuable experiences in various advisory roles, notably at EY Shanghai, where she provided strategic counsel to clients across industries such as banking, construction, and manufacturing. Such experience laid a strong foundation for her strategic acumen and analytical prowess.

    In 2021, she relocated to Indonesia where she assumed the position of Due Diligence Manager for a company specializing in heavy machinery equipment within the mining sector. This role allowed Sylvia to deeply immerse herself in the complexities of Indonesia's mining industry, contributing to the continuous growth of her professional knowledge and skills.

    Sylvia’s entrepreneurial spirit became apparent in 2023 when she established her own consulting company for entrepreneurs involved in cross-border business ventures, navigating the constantly evolving global legal landscape and maintaining compliance.
